Transport
CAUTION
Failure to observe the weight
Risk of injury and damage
Be aware of the weight of the device during transporta-
tion.
1. Load the device by the chassis handle and push
handle.
2. Pull the device behind you via the push handle for
transporting over longer distances.
3. When transporting the device in vehicles, secure it
to prevent it from slipping or overturning in accord-
ance with the respective valid guidelines.
Storage
CAUTION
Failure to observe the weight

Be aware of the weight of the device during storage.
The device may only be operated indoors.
Care and service
DANGER
Danger of electric shock
Injuries due to touching live parts
Switch off the device.
Remove the mains plug.
Cleaning/replacing the flat fold filter
Note
Clean the flat fold filter weekly during normal use, or
earlier if the suction power decreases.
Note
For cleaning, use a standard household sponge made
of soft material to avoid damaging the coated slats.
1. Unlock the cover, swing it upwards and latch it into
place at the locks.
2. Unlock and remove the filter casing.
3. Remove the flat fold filter.
4. Clean individual slats of the flat fold filter with the
sponge under running water.

5. Allow the filter to dry completely.
6. Replace the flat fold filter after 12 months at the lat-
est with normal use, or sooner if necessary.
Note
The flat fold filter must be disposed of in residual waste.
Clean the fluff filter
1. Unlock the cover, swing it upwards and latch it into
place at the locks.
2. Unlock and remove the filter casing.
3. Remove the flat fold filter.
4. Unscrew the float.
5. Clean the fluff filter regularly with a brush.
Cleaning the fresh water filter
1. Unscrew the fresh water filter incl. cap.
2. Clean the fresh water filter under running water.
Clean the nozzle
1. Unscrew the union nut.
2. Clean the nozzle mouthpiece.
Troubleshooting guide
DANGER
Danger of electric shock
Injuries due to touching live parts
Switch off the device.
Remove the mains plug.
The device is not working
1. Check the socket and the power supply fuse.
2. Check the mains cable and the mains plug of the de-
vice.
3. Switch on the device.
The device does not suck in any detergent
1. Clean the fresh water filter.
2. Check the spray hose.
Insufficient working pressure
1. Clean or replace the nozzle mouthpiece.
Heating not working
1. Fill the fresh water tank.
2. Set the turn switch to operating mode with heating
operation.
3. Float switch in the fresh water tank is stuck. Repair
the float switch.
4. Safety thermostat has triggered because too hot
water was filled into the fresh water tank. Notify Cus-
tomer Service.
Single-sided spray jet
1. Clean the nozzle mouthpiece.
Poor suction performance
1. Check that the cover is seated correctly.
2. Clean the seal on the cover and the contact surface
on the wastewater container.
3. Clean the fluff filter.
4. Check the suction hose for clogging; clean if neces-
sary.
5. Check the float.
6. Check that the flat fold filter is correctly fitted.
7. Clean flat fold filter, replace if necessary.
8. Allow the flat fold filter to dry or insert a new, dry flat
fold filter.
Float interrupts suction air flow
1. Empty the wastewater container.
2. Prevent foam formation by adding defoaming agent
(special accessory) to the wastewater container.
Customer Service department
If the malfunction cannot be corrected, the device must
be checked by the Customer Service department.
The warranty conditions issued by our relevant sales
company apply in all countries. We shall remedy possi-
ble malfunctions on your appliance within the warranty
period free of cost, provided that a material or manufac-
turing defect is the cause. In a warranty case, please
contact your dealer (with the purchase receipt) or the
next authorised customer service site.
