The following are excluded:
Normal wear and tear, intentional or negligent damage, damage caused by non-compliance
with the instructions for use, incorrect placement or installation of the equipment, connection
to an incorrect mains voltage, damage due to chemical or electrothermal effects or other
abnormal environmental conditions, damage to the glass, in the paint, in the enamel and
eventual color differences, as well as defective light bulbs. Equipment defects are also
excluded if they are due to shipping damage. We also do not perform any service if
unauthorized persons perform any work on the equipment and original parts are not used.
SCOPE OF WARRANTY VALIDITY
Our warranty applies to equipment that was purchased in Spain or Portugal and is in
operation in Spain or Portugal.
For devices installed in any other country, the consumer must go to the Official Service of the
subsidiary consulting the brand's website, which will exercise the guarantee in accordance
with the legislation of their country.
For repair orders outside the warranty period the following applies:
If equipment is repaired, repair invoices are due immediately and are payable without
deduction.
If a piece of equipment is overhauled or a repair that has been started is not completed,
transportation costs and work done will be calculated. Advice from our customer service
center is free.
The technical assistance service has an extensive network of centers throughout the Spanish
and Portuguese geography.

CE CONFORMITY
At the time of its launch for sale, this equipment complies with the requirements of Directive
RL 2014/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Harmonization of the
Legislations of the Member States regarding electromagnetic compatibility, and on the
Marketing of electrical equipment intended for use with certain voltage limits RL 2014/35/UE.
This equipment is marked with the CE symbol and has a Certificate of Conformity for
inspection by the authorities responsible for market surveillance.
