Electrical safety
1. Ensure the rated voltage
shown on the rating label
corresponds with the voltage
of the power supply.
2. Do not operate any appliance
with a damaged power
cord or plug, when the
appliance malfunctions or has
been damaged in any manner.
3. Protect the power cord against
damages. Do not let it hang
over sharp edges, do not
squeeze or bend it. Keep the
power cord away from hot
surfaces and open flames and
ensure that nobody can trip
over it.
4. Do not open the housing
under any circumstances. Do
not insert fingers or foreign
objects in any opening of the
appliance and do not obstruct
the air vents.
5. Protect the appliance against
heat. Do not place close to
open flames or heat sources
such as stoves or heating
appliances.
3. Operation
NOTE: Always preheat the appliance to the desired
temperature before placing GN containers inside of
it. The preheating time is approx. 16 minutes.
Operating elements
Overheating protection
When the appliance's heating element overheats,
the appliance automatically turns off. Disconnect
the appliance from the electrical supply and wait for
15 minutes. Then reset the appliance as shown in
function drawing 16 to 20.
Note: Do not insert any small or metallic objects into
the reset opening, as the objects may fall into the
opening.
