5.2 Montage
NOTICE
A Assembling the wheels:
Assemble the accompanying wheels as
shown in the picture.
C Replacing the oil blanking plug:
Use a screwdriver to remove the transport
cover from the oil filler opening and insert
the enclosed oil blanking plug into the oil
filler opening.
5.3 Mains connection
• Long supply lines, as well as extensions, cable
drums, etc. cause drops in voltage and can
prevent the motor from starting up.
• At low temperatures below +5°C, the motor
response may be sluggish and it may have
difficulty starting up.
5.4 Electrical connection
The installed electric motor is connected up and
ready for operation. The customer's mains
connection and the extension cable used must
comply with these regulations. Damage to the
insulation often occurs on electrical connection
cables. This may be caused by:
pressure points when connection cables are
routed through door gaps, for example;
kinks due to improperly fastening/routing the
connection cable;
cut-off points caused by driving over the
connection cable;
insulation damage
cable/plug out of the wall socket and
cracks due to the ageing of the insulation.
Such damaged electrical connection cables
must not be used and are life-threatening due to
the damage to the insulation. Check electrical
connection cables regularly for damage. Make
sure that the connection cable is not connected
to the mains when performing the check.
Electrical connection cables must comply with
the relevant VDE and DIN regulations. Only use

power cable of this device is damaged, it must be
replaced by a qualified person in order to avoid
hazards.

Extension cables up to 25 m in length must have
a cross-section of 1.5 mm

Set the desired operating pressure by
actuating the pressure regulator. Turning it
clockwise increases the pressure, turning it in
the opposite direction decreases it. The set
pressure can be taken from the quick coupling.
