The use of accessory attachments not
recommended by the appliance manu-
facturer may cause injuries.
Do not use outdoors.
Do not let cord hang over the edge of
the table, counter, or touch hot surfaces.
Do not place on or near a hot gas, elec-
tric burner, or in a heated oven.
Extreme caution must be used when
moving an appliance containing hot oil
or other liquids.
Always attach plug to appliance first,
then plug cord into the wall socket. To
disconnect, turn "off" the appliance,
then remove the plug from the wall
outlet.
Do not use appliance for anything other
than its intended use.
This appliances is intended to be used
in household and similar applications
such as:
-staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and
others working environments;
-farm houses;
-by clients in hotels, motels and other
residential type environments;
-bed and breakfast type environments.
A popper that is plugged into an outlet
should not be left unattended.
Never put the butter into the aluminium
heater.
Extreme caution must be used when
unloading popcorn. Always turn the
unit over a countertop so the residual
hot oil or water running out will not
cause burns.
A short power cord is provided to
reduce the risk of harm resulting from
becoming entangled in or tripping over
a longer cord.
If a long detachable power cord or ex-
tension cord is used:
1) The marked electrical rating of the
cord or extension cord should be at least
as good as the electrical rating of the
appliance.
2) If the appliance is of the grounded
type, the extension cord should be a
grounding 3-wire cord.
All requested breaks must be followed.
5 min is the maximum usage time.
The breaks should last at least 10 min-
utes.
These appliances are not intended to be
operated by means of an external time
or separate remote-control system.
For safety reasons, a damaged or de-
fective cord should only be replaced by
service centre.
BEFORE USE
Before first use, it is recommended to
wipe the popcorn maker and accesso-
ries with a damp cloth.
Place the popcorn maker on a level
surface.
Preheating the appliance is not neces-
sary.
USE
Measure the corn using the measuring
cup provided. One full measure per
session is enough. More than one full
measure could overfill the popcorn
maker and result in damage to the
appliance.
Important to use popcorn without any
added oil.
Pour the corn into the aluminium heat-
ing chamber through the corn inlet.
Do not add any other ingredients such
as: oil, shortening, butter, margarine,
salt, or sugar, as damage will occur.
Place a large bowl under the spout so
that the edge of the bowl is touching the
body of the popcorn maker. It is impor-
tant that the popcorn ejects down the
spout into the bowl and not re-directed,
