Indicators and buttons on the display

'Rst' ('Reset'): Restart the program

Hour indicator (0–23)

Minute indicator (0–59)

'Hr' ('Hour'): Activate the hour indicator and set the hours

'Min' ('Minutes'): Activate the minute indicator and set the minutes

'H/S' ('Handsetting'): Turn the lid clockwise on to the next bowl
