- Always turn off and unplug the appliance when not in use,
before moving it to a new location and before assembling or
disassembling it. To avoid tipping over, wind the cord safely.
- To ensure the correct operating of the device, cleaning and
maintenance tasks must be carried out according to this
instruction manual. Always turn off and unplug the appliance
before cleaning.
- Cleaning and maintenance tasks should not be carried out
by children.
- Store the appliance and its instruction manual in a safe and
dry place when not in use.
- Do not place any object in the air inlet or outlet of the
evaporative cooler.
- Keep the air inlet and outlet free from obstructions.
- When drainage pipes are installed, ensure that the drainage
pipes are properly connected, and are not distorted or
bended.
- While adjusting the upper and lower wind-guide strips of
the air outlet, pluck it with hands gently to avoid damaging
wind-guide strips.
- When moving the machine, make sure that it is in an upright
position.
- Do not install or use the evaporative cooler in the bathroom
or other humid environments.
- Do not use sprays, insecticides or other flammable
substances near the evaporative cooler.
- Make sure that the voltage and frequency match the voltage
indicated on the rating label of the appliance.
- If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the official
Technical Support Service of Cecotec in order to avoid any
type of danger.

- Do not cover the inlet and outlet of the device.
- The air inlet should not be too close to the wall, curtains, etc.
Otherwise, the airflow will be blocked and this will affect its
operation.
- Do not cover the air outlet. Use a power socket which can
withstand a power current greater than 10 A.
- Do not place the object over a lean or irregular surface.
- Do not use the product outdoors, next to a toilet, shower or
pool.
- When the product is
(humidification), the water tank level must be lower than
"MAX" and higher than "MIN".
- After filling the water tank, do not lean the device to the
sides or shake it during transport.
- Do not pull out the plug while your hands are wet; otherwise,
you may suffer an electric shock.
- When the product is in operation, never introduce your
hands or any other part of your body inside the appliance.
Pay special attention to children.
- Do not place any object over the product.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above,
and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, as long as
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved. Children must not play with the appliance.
The cleaning and maintenance of the appliance should not
be carried out by children without supervision.
