INSTALLATION & PREPARATION
CAUTION:
If the surface cleaner is missing parts or is damaged, DO
NOT use the machine and consult your dealer. DO NOT
alter or modify this equipment in any manner.
NOZZLE SELECTION & INSTALLATION:
1. The Surface Cleaner is installed with one set of 25020
nozzles (25 degree, 2.0 orifice) for rotating cleaning.
2. Nozzles should be screwed into the rotating bar. The
spray fan should be parallel to the rotating bar. (See
Figure 1)
UNIT ASSEMBLY:
1. Place the lower handle assembly inside of the aluminum
support and line up the holes in the lower handle
assembly with the holes in the aluminum support.
Insert the bridge pin through outside hole of the
aluminum support and through the lower handle and
through the inside hole of the aluminum support. Attach
the clevis ring onto the bridge pin. Repeat this step on
the other side. (See Figure 2)
2. Attach upper handle and middle handle by lining up the
holes in the upper handle and middle handle. Push the
handle fixing bolt through the aligned hole and tighten.
(See Figure 3)
3. Attach the upper handle and middle handle assembly to
the lower handle assembly by lining up the holes in the
middle and lower handles. Push the handle fixing bolt
through the aligned hole and tighten. (See Figure 3)
4. Attach the inlet pressure hose to the handles. (See
Figure 4)
