Instructions For Use
Before first use, read the RecoveryAir PRO User Manual for instructions on operating the full
pneumatic compression system and for the full Safety Warnings and Precautions.
Wearing Instructions
The RecoveryAir PRO Compression Half Jacket can be used lying down, or in a seated position. The RecoveryAir PRO Compression Half Jacket is uniquely
designed to treat the arms, shoulders, back, chest, and core. The arm can be treated held straight out to the side (90 degrees), down in a natural position, or held
supported using the optional strap.
1. Place the RecoveryAir PRO pump where you can easily reach it during treatment.
2. Attach the garment hose to one of the air outlets on the pump and cap the other
air outlet with the plug provided with the RecoveryAir PRO pump.
3. Lay RecoveryAir PRO Compression Half Jacket on a flat surface.
4. Zip the fastener to the vest, with the inner lining facing up (see Figure 1).
5. Open the zipper at the wrist of the arm sleeve. This allows you to use both hands
to put on the garment.
6. Loosen the side straps on the fastener until you nearly reach its full length. This
allows you to grasp them after you put the garment on.
7. Put on the garment, as you would a jacket. Make sure the armpit chamber is
tucked into the arm sleeve.
8. Pull the side fastener around your torso. Use the zipper attached to the straps to
connect with the main section of the garment. Zip the wrist zipper closed. Note:
Make sure the padding is not folded and fits comfortably around the torso.
9. Tighten the straps at the side for a comfortable fit. If you experience discomfort
during treatment, adjust the buckles at the side to loosen the garment.
