ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
ATTENTION! The required screws have been tightened at their respective places. No tools
are supplied with the product. In order to assemble the go-kart you need spanners of the
following sizes: 10mm, 13 mm, 14 mm, 15 mm, 17 mm, 19 mm and 24 mm, as well as a
crosshead screwdriver.
1. Assemble the two rear wheels on the rear axle. To do that, unscrew the pre-assembled
cap nuts and push in the wheel on the rear axle. Ensure that the valves point out-
wards. ATTENTION! The left wheel is the driving wheel and has one square guide
sleeve instead of two ball bearings.
2. As illustrated, connect the two ball-head guides with the steering axle. Please adjust
the steering axle properly before finalising the position.
3. Now connect the front and rear frames. For this, remove the screw of the swing axle.
Nest the frame bars until the hole in the front bar is exactly below the welded nut on
the rear frame bar. Now fasten the frame with the hexagonal screw you had removed
earlier.
4. Assemble the front wheels. Keep in mind here as well that the valves should face
outwards.
5. Remove the 3 pre-assembled screws. Now place the front fenders on the guide frame
and screw in with the screws you had removed earlier.
6. Guide the handlebar through the front fender into the frame pipe. Set the desired
height and fasten the handlebar with 2 hexagonal nuts as shown in the illustration.
ATTENTION! The flat side of the handlebar must point towards the lower hexagonal
nut.
7. Insert the mudguard into the frame as far as it goes.
8. Release the safety bolts of the seat and attach it to the frame as shown in the illustra-
tion. Now insert back the safety bolts. You have 6 options for positioning the seat.
9. As the last step, fasten the pedals. Look for L / R (left / right) on the head of the pedal's
screw and fasten accordingly.
After assembling all parts make sure that all screw connections are properly fastened
before giving the go-kart in the hands of your child.
Also check all connections prior to every use of the go-kart. For your own safety
replace defective parts immediately. We recommend to use original spare parts for the
replacement or to seek advice of an expert. Subject to technical modifications.
The go-kart disposes of a freewheel function. Put the
lever in position b to use the freewheel function. During
standard operation put the lever in position a.
CAUTION
The go-kart should only be used in the presence of adults. Please only use the go-kart
on appropriate playground areas. The go-kart is not compliant with the traffic regulations
and hence must not be used on the streets or in darkness.
The go-kart is compliant with the regulations of the European Norm EN 71, indicated by
the CE symbol. When using the go-kart according to its purpose, hazards during use can
be largely excluded. But please be aware that the natural play necessity and temperament
of children can lead to unpredictable situations and risks, which the manufacturer cannot
be held liable for. Therefore, please instruct your children about the correct use of the
go-kart and warn them about possible risks.
Children have to wear protective cloths and closed shoes. Do not drive with loose cloths
as these might get damaged by the rear wheels. Long shoelaces might get caught in the
pedals. When reversing with high speed and stopping abruptly, the go-kart might topple
over backwards. Please do not use the go-kart in the proximity of stairs, hillsides, steep
areas, swimming pools or other waters. Any stairs in the surrounding area have to be
secured so that the children cannot drive them down under any circumstances.
