7 – Installation and setting
ATTENTION! The battery of the
sealant gun is not charged when
leaving the factory! Before using it for
the first time, it needs to be charged
for 3 to 5 hours! The battery's full
capacity is reached after 4 to 5
charging and discharging cycles.
7.1 Charging the battery
Connect power supply unit (8) to an
outlet (230 V) and connect the battery
charger leads to the charging station (9).
The red control lamp will light up.
Insert the rechargeable battery into the
charging case. Ensure the correct
polarity "+/–"!

7.2 Installing the cartridge case

Unscrew the screw cap (10) from the
cartridge case. Push release switch in
direction of arrow (3) (fig. 3) and hold it.

will go. Insert commercial standard
cartridge with mounted tip into the
cartridge case as shown in fig. 2. Firmly
screw on the screw cap. Push the push
rod forward until the piston (5) touches
the bottom of the cartridge. Push
release switch to the operation position
as shown in fig. 4.
