Solutions:
• Charge the scooter batteries. Consult chapter 16.5 (Battery and charging) of this manual;
• If the problem persists, contact your authorised retailer to carry out a battery charging test;
• If the batteries are working properly, the problem could be the battery charger. Contact your
authorised retailer.
RESTARTING THE AUTOMATIC MAIN SWITCH.
If the automatic main switch trips due to the batteries being depleted or due to a temporary
overload, restart the automatic main switch;
Wait 10 minutes for the engine control panel to start operating again;
Check that the ignition is in the "Off" position;
Press the restart button on the automatic main switch.
NOTE:
If the automatic main switch continues to trip, there is probably a basic electrical
fault that requires repair by qualified personnel.
18. PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
The scooter has a controller that continually controls the operating conditions of your scooter.
If it detects a problem, the ON / OFF button flashes. You must count the number of flashes and
consult the list to check which type of error has been detected.

The battery needs charging or there is a battery
connection fault Check the battery connections
If the connections are correct, try charging the
battery.
There is an engine connection fault. Check all the
connections between the engine and the controller.
The engine has a short circuit to a battery
connection. Contact the assistance centre.
The free wheel lever is activated or the manual
brake disengage mechanism is enabled. Check the
lever position.
Not used.
The S-Drive controller is disabled. This may occur
because the battery charger is connected or the
lever is not in the drive position.
Indicates a problem on the command lever.
Check that the lever is in the idle position before
switching on the scooter.
Indicates an error in the controller. Check that all the
connections are correct.
The stopping brake is not properly connected. Check
the brake and the engine connections. Check that
the controller connections are secure.
Excessive voltage has been applied to the controller,
usually as a result of poor battery connections.
Check the battery connections.
