INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
STEP # 5
• Install the front (F) and rear (G) gaskets as shown. Repeat on the other side of the Sport Bar.
STEP # 6
• Assemble the Main brackets (H, I) with the tubes. Attach the main brackets using (2) M8 x 30
SEMS bolts per bracket. Make sure you assemble right with right and left with left. Do not fully
tighten the bolt, leave loose for final adjustments.
• Do not install the cover plates (J) if a bed cover is going to be used.
• Do not fully tighten bolts, leave loose for final adjustment.
