Choose the accessory you want to use: beater, dough hook, balloon whisk.
a. Attach the accessory to the head by sliding it around the axis.
b. Turn the accessory a quarter turn counterclockwise.
c. Release the accessory so that it falls into the lock position. Caution: only use the dough hook up to
a maximum of speed 1.

Press the release button back in to push the multifunctional head back down and secure it.
9.
Put the plug into the socket and select the desired speed by turning the speed control knob.
10. During the preparation you can add ingredients through the fill opening in the lid.
Caution: Do not use the appliance for longer than 10 minutes at a time. After 10 minutes of use, let
the appliance cool down for 30 minutes before using it again.

To stop the appliance, turn the speed control knob to the '0' position.
DISASSEMBLY
1.
Remove the plug from the socket.
2.
Press the release button to secure the multifunctional head fully at the top.
3.
Push the accessory out of the locked position and turn it clockwise a quarter turn. Then slide
the accessory off of the drive shaft and remove the accessory. Use caution when removing the
accessories since there may be sharp edges.
4.
Remove the lid from the multifunctional head by rotating it anti-clockwise.
5.
Turn the release button a quarter turn to the left, push the head down entirely and turn the release
button a quarter turn to the right again so that it point upwards, to lock the head.
6.
Press the release button in to push the multifunctional head back down and secure it again.
BLENDER
1.
Depending on the nature of the ingredients, the blender is capable of mixing 1,5 litres.

Put the multifunctional head in a horizontal position and remove the lid from at the top
of the head by pulling on it.
3.
Add the ingredients to the work bowl and close the work bowl with the lid, including
the measuring cup in the feed tube.
4.
Place the blender on the connection point and lock the blender by turning it
counterclockwise.
5.
Use the speed regulator to blend.
6.
During blending, it is possible to remove the measuring cup from the lid and add ingredients
through the feed tube. Then always close the opening again with the measuring cup.
Note:
·
Never run the blender empty.
·
Never fill the work bowl with boiling fluids; always allow them to cool to room temperature.
·
If you want to crush ice, do not use more than 9 ice cubes (4x4x2 cm) at a time.
