Ø Hot and Cold Power ON/OFF Indicator Lights
DO NOT TURN ON THE HOT WATER POWER SWITCH BEFORE FILLING
THE HOT WATER TANK WITH WATER. THIS WILL CAUSE THE UNIT TO
OVERHEAT AND SHUTDOWN.
Install the water bottle and allow the tanks to fill with water for approximately 10
– 15 minutes. Before turning on the HOT water power switch.
Your unit is equipped with an AUTOMATIC SAFETY SHUTOFF SWITCH which
will turn the unit off until the hot water tank cools to a safe temperature.
Usual time to reset is approximately 30 – 45 minutes, once the temperature
reaches a safe level, the unit will reset and begin to operate normally.
If the unit has gone into RESET MODE, turn off the hot water power switch
ensure there is water in the tanks and allow the unit to cool down.
Once the power switches for the HOT and COLD water systems (located on the rear of the unit) have
been turned ON, these lights will illuminate to advise the user that the systems are activated and
operating.
Ø Hot Water Indicator Light (Left side)
Turn the heating switch on, the red indicator will glow, and the heating process starts. When the water
reaches the right temperature (185º - 203ºF / 85º - 95ºC) the red light goes off automatically. When
the temperature goes below 176ºF (80ºC), the red indicator will glow again, and another heating
process starts.
Ø Cold Water Indicator Light (Right side)
Turn the cooling switch on. The blue indicator will glow, and the cooling process will begin. When the
water reaches the right temperature (41º - 50ºF / 5º - 10ºC) the blue indicator light will turn off
automatically. Once the water temperature reaches above 50ºF (10ºC) the blue indicator light will glow
again indicating another cooling process has started.
Ø UV Cycle Indicator Light / Empty Bottle Indicator (Center)
UV Cycle Indicator
The UV Cycle will turn on the UVC sterilizing lamp located in the water reservoir to deactivate and kill
micro-organisms in your drinking water. Recommend to use bottled drinking water from a reputable
water supply service.
The UVC lamp in your machine does not need any chemical, like chorine to disinfect bacteria.
The system is automatically programmed to turn the cycle ON for 20 minutes and turn OFF for 1 hour
as long as the unit is plugged into an electrical power source and the power switch in the ON position.
In tanks, UVC lamps help maintain the freshness and taste of the treated water and also the cleanliness
of the reservoir.
Empty Bottle Indicator
When the unit is out of water or needs a bottle change, the unit will advise you to change the water
bottle.

This means the UV cycle is off and the water level is acceptable.
Light ON
This means the UV cycle is running and the water level is acceptable
Light Flashing
This means the water level is less than acceptable or bottle is empty.
