When used as a glider:
Prevent serious injury or death:
• Never leave child unattended.
• This product is not intended for unsupervised or prolonged periods of sleep.
• Always use the restraint system.
• Never use for a child able to sit up unassisted.
• Fall Hazard – Never use on any elevated surface, since child's movement may
cause the product to slide or tip over. Use only on a floor.
• Suffocation Hazard – Never use on a soft surface (bed, crib, sofa, cushion)
since the product can tip over and cause suffocation.
• The toy bar is not a carry handle. Never use toy bar to lift or carry product.
• Never use as a carrier or lift while child is seated.
When used as an infant rocker:
• FALL HAZARD: Children have suffered head injuries falling from rockers.
• ALWAYS use restraints. Adjust to fit snugly.
• NEVER lift or carry child in rocker.
• STOP using product when child starts trying to sit up or has reached 9 kg (20 lb),
whichever comes first.
• ALWAYS place rocker on floor. Never use on any elevated surface.
• SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Children have suffocated when seats tipped over on
soft surfaces.
• NEVER use on a bed, sofa, cushion, or other soft surface.
• Stay near and watch child during use. This product is not safe for unsupervised
use or unattended sleep.
