To compress and close, tighten the pouch with the toggle (Fig. 12c).
Close the entire storage pouch by squeezing the tabs and pull the
adjustment buckle up (Fig. 12d).
IMPORTANT! : Always close and secure the pouch when not in use.

SEATBACK POSITIONING
Recline and Upright adjustment
To recline the seat, open the cover of the adjustment strap located
on the right side of the frame. Loosen the strap to the desired
position for the seat and close the cover.
To place the seat into an upright position, open the cover and pull
the adjustment strap to tighten, then close the cover (Fig. 13).
The upright position should be used only for a child that is at least
6 months old. Always re-adjust the safety harness, including the
shoulder belts, when repositioning the seatback.
