3 Years Limited Warranty
MESSOA Technologies Inc. (MESSOA) warrants the party that made the original
purchase from MESSOA that the product is free from defects in designs, materials
and workmanship under normal use for a period of 3 (three) years from the date
of the original purchase. For zoom Lens, IR LED light bulbs, and IP Board of IP
speed domes, the warranty period shall be limited to a period of 1 (one) year from
the date of the original purchase. The actual term of warranty will be determined
based upon the product serial number.
Any claim to be made by the original purchase party during the warranty period
shall follow the terms and procedures stated in MESSOA's 3 Year Warranty Service
Program Agreement. A valid bill of sale must be presented to establish warranty
eligibility. Repaired product following the RMA maintenance procedure will be
warranted for the remainder of its original warranty period.
This Limited Warranty does not apply (i) to damages caused by acts of nature,
abuse, misuse, misapplication, improper interfacing, improper repair, unauthorized
modification, or any operation beyond the design limits, (ii) to software-related
configuration errors, software compatibility and virus, (iii) to consumables and
spare parts, including but not limited to plastic housing and covers, accessories,
and packaging materials.
This Limited Warranty is applicable in all countries. Should the product
malfunction, please contact the party from whom you purchased the product for
assistance.
