-Abnormal working conditions,
-Treadmill belt in need of lubricant,
-Solvent based lubricants used,
- Belt is too tight.
Plug the unit into a wall socket with an
EARTH terminal. Set switch (L) to
Position [1].
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
Take the unit out of the box and place
it on the floor as shown in Fig.0.
The assistance of a second person
is advisable for the assembly work.
Make sure that all of the pieces are
there:
(1) Main structure; (60) Allen screw
M8x40; (61) Allen screw M8x15; (9)
Safety key; (17) Bottle of lubricant.
Follow the instructions step by step to
assemble. At least two people are
needed for this step.
When fitting the side bars, one person
should hold the side bar while the
other one tightens the screws (60) and
(61).
This
will
prevent
accidents.
1.- First take hold of the handrails (G
and H) and lift them in the direction of
the arrow, as shown in Fig.1 and use
screws (61) to secure them.
2.- Next, hold of the handrails (G and
H) and lift them in the direction of the
arrow, as shown in Fig.2 and use
screws (60) and (61) to secure them.

ATTENTION: Cylinder (44) Fig (3) is
factory set to high pressure so it must
not be knocked. If it is knocked this
may
damage
operation of the treadmill.
FOLDING YOUR UNIT.-
This treadmill is equipped with a
folding
mechanism
purposes. To use it, stop the treadmill,
lower the elevation level to minimum,
unplug the mains cable and lift the unit
until you hear lever (O) click into
place, Fig.4. Store your unit in a dry
place,
preferably
changes in temperature.
UNFOLDING YOUR UNIT.-
If you wish to use the treadmill, do the
reverse procedure. Use your to press
lever (O) in the direction of the arrow
as shown in Fig.4 and slowly lower the
treadmill belt down to the floor. When
folding or unfolding the treadmill make
sure that there are no children about
or obstacles that might hinder the
folding motion.
MOVEMENT & STORAGE.-
The unit is equipped with wheels (47),
Fig.5 to make it easier to move. Make
sure that the mains cable is unplugged
from the wall socket.
If you wish to move the treadmill, the
first thing to do is to fold it up, place
your hands on the handrails (G & H)
and tilt the treadmill, Fig.5, so that the
wheels (47) rest on the floor.
To prevent accidents DO NOT move
the treadmill across uneven floors.
