Before using the GARANT Air Cleaning Point, please read and
observe this instruction manual.

On each occasion the Air Cleaning Point is used, please check that it is in good condition and
is safe to use.
Intended use
Device for cleaning workpieces using compressed air.
Suitable for cleaning swarf, oils and fluids.
Not suitable for cleaning paint spray mist.
Comply with all warnings and instructions.
Make sure the device is fit for use.

Wear safety glasses.
Wear ear protection if necessary.
Regularly check the exhaust-air pipe inside the Air Cleaning Point.
Regularly check and empty the collection container
inside the Air Cleaning Point.
Regularly check the operating pressure.
Check that the compressed-air hose is intact.
Only clean objects in the station or in the opening.
2. Assembly instructions

Accessories for final assembly can be found on the storage grid in the open upper part of
the cabinet.
Take the supplied handle and mount it on the rear of the Air Cleaning Point using the two
supplied self-tapping screws. Place the covering caps (supplied with the device)
on the screw tips.
Insert the foot pedal (supplied loose) and secure it with 2 splints.
Connect the compressed-air hose in the workshop to the connection on the right on the
outer wall of the Air Cleaning Point. The connection for the compressed-air quick-release
couplings is DN 702.
The operating pressure of the compressed air should be between 5 and 10 bar.
The flap for the collection container can be opened by lifting it slightly and folding it

open.
Make sure that the exhaust-air pipe inside the Air Cleaning Point is firmly connected.
Secure it in place if required.
Check the collection container inside the Air Cleaning Point at regular intervals
and empty it if required.
To assemble the EasyFix compressed-air gun holder, mount it from above onto the
base plate at the side.
