GENERAL USER INFORMATION – WARNINGS AND DISCLAIMERS
• Before using the appliance for the first time, you must read and understand the operation
manual completely.
• Consider the operation manual as part of the product and store it in a safe and accessible
place. Include this operation manual if passing the appliance on to a third party.
• The manufacturer can in no case be liable for any damage caused by misuse, neglect, use
for non-intended purpose, failure to install correctly, failure to follow any manufacturers
guidelines/instructions for use and general care, normal wear and tear, repairs and/or
modifications made by unauthorized third parties or use of non-approved spare parts or
accessories.
• In the case of conflicts with national safety specifications or instructions, the national
requirements must be followed.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
• When using this electrical appliance, especially when children are present, basic safety
precautions should always be observed.
This appliance can be used by children from aged 8

• Switch off the appliance and disconnect from outlet when not in use, before putting on or
taking off attachments, and before cleaning the appliance.
• Do not use the adaptor with a voltage converter.
• Do not wrap the cord around the appliance or adapter. Do not let the cord hang over the
edge of the work surface or let it touch any hot surfaces. Do not unplug by pulling by the
cord.
• Do not cover the adaptor; it can lead to dangerous temperature increase.
• The use of attachments that are not supplied by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric
shock or injury and damage to the appliance.
• Do not operate the appliance with a broken cord or plug, or if the appliance malfunctions, or
is dropped or damaged in any other way.
If the supply cord of the adapter is damaged, it must be

replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a
similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
WARNING: Do not use this appliance near
bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels
containing water.
• To protect against risk of electrical shock, never immerse the unit or let it come into contact
with water or any other liquids. Do not use the unit with wet hands. If the appliance should
become wet, damp or fall in water, remove plug from mains socket immediately. Do not put
your hands in the water. Do not touch the power supply adaptor with wet hands, especially
when plugging or unplugging it from the mains supply outlet.
• Do not use during bath. Do not use outdoors or in damp areas.
When the appliance is used in a bathroom, unplug it

after use since the proximity of water presents a hazard
even when the appliance is switched off.
• Do not place the appliance on wet surfaces or cloth during operation.
• Always clean after using.
• This appliance is intended for cutting natural human hair only. It cannot be used for cutting
artificial or animal hair. Using the product for other than intended purposes shall cause
nullifying the guarantee.
CARE AND CLEANING
• Do not hold the adaptor with wet hands while plugging and unplugging from mains supply
outlet. The adaptor and supplying cord should be always dry.
• Always switch off the appliance and unplug the adaptor from the mains supply outlet before
cleaning and maintenance. Remove the comb attachment to clean properly.
• Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid. It can damage the live parts
(accumulators). If necessary, rinse the plastic comb attachments under running water, and
then dry them thoroughly. Remove the remains of hair from the cutting head with cleaning
brush. Never try to remove the foreign bodies out of the clipper/trimmer using sharp objects
(i.e. comb).
• In order to reduce friction, from time to time insert one or two drops of oil between the
blades and distribute it evenly. Remove the exceeding oil with cloth.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Please read all instructions carefully to familiarize yourself with your new OBB Teox II Trimmer before using.

Directions of use:
1. Charge the appliance prior to use
2. USB charge (5V~1A, 5W). While the appliance is being charged the switch must be turned off.
A charging period of 2 hours is required before initial use.
3. After charging the appliance, it can be used with or without the comb attachment. To attach
the guide comb, slide it onto the cutting head until it clicks into position. The appliance must
be switched off while the guide comb is being attached or removed.
4. With the rotary comb attachment, the hair can be cut to 19 different lengths ranging from
approximately 1.5mm to 8mm.
Replacing the cutting head
• Switch the appliance off before replacing the cutting head
• If the performance of the appliance deteriorates after extended use, despite regular cleaning
and maintenance, the cutting head should be replaced.
• First hold the appliance with your left hand, put your right thumb on the blade, then press
the blade downwards with force to remove it.
• If you have a new blade head, just put the new one onto the appliance until you hear a click.
The blade head is now assembled successfully.
Cleaning and maintenance of the appliance
• Do not use water or a moist cloth to clean the handle. Never use compressed air, scouring
pads, abrasive cleaning agents or aggressive liquids such as petrol or acetone to clean the
appliance.
• Note: clean the appliance every time you have used it.
• Make sure the appliance is switched off.
• Remove the comb attachment from the appliance.
• Blow and/or shake out any hair that has accumulated in the attachment comb.
• Clean the blade and the comb with lukewarm water or with the cleaning brush.
