INFLATING OTHER OBJECTS
1. Select the appropriate inflation tip and twist onto
the inflator air chuck.
2. Make sure the inflator is OFF (O), and then
connect the power cord with a 12V DC power
outlet.
3. Switch the inflator to ON (-) position and begin
inflating the object.
4. When the pressure gauge indicts the desired
pressure, turn off the inflator by switching to OFF
(O) position. Do not over inflate.

Any time inspection, maintenance, and
cleaning are done be sure to remove the
tool from the power source.
CLEANING
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts.
Most plastics are susceptible to damage from various
types of commercial solvents and maybe damaged
by their use. Use clean cloths to remove dirt, dust , oil,
grease, etc.

CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
Plug into a working 12V DC power outlet,
and make sure it's fully clamped.
Cool down the inflator.
Fully secure the air chuck onto the tire
valve stem.
Clean the valve stem.
Cool down the inflator.
Straighten the air hose to make air flow
freely.
