OPERATION - Before first use

Remove the fan from the packaging.

OPERATION - Assembling the fan

1. Attach the rod to the bottom plate using the three screws.

2. Unscrew the locking ring (see figure 2A) from the shaft.

3. Fit the rear of the fan housing (2B) onto the motor-housing (2C), making sure that the openings are

aligned precisely with the lugs on the motor housing and that the grip is at the top.

4. Slide the locking ring (2A) onto the shaft, and screw it tight (clockwise).

5. Slide the fan blades (2-D) onto the shaft and screw the mounting cap (2-E) onto the shaft (counter

clockwise, in the direction of the arrow marked "TIGHT").

6. Now attach the closing strip (1-11) to the rear basket (2-B) by partially tightening the screw (1-12) on the

underside. Now subtly click the front basket into the closing strip against the rear basket and tighten the

screw (see figure 2-G) firmly. Tighten the screw with a Phillips screwdriver.
