0507300020/Statiflex 200-M/0206/04
For mounting the (LMB or TMB) wall mounting
brackets (fig. 3.01E) and the extraction fan,
see the corresponding manual.
.
CAUTION!
!
Before mounting the wall mounting bracket
(fig. 3.02A) check that the wall is strong
enough. The net weight of the Statiflex 200-
M is approx. 30 kg. When drilling holes note
any gas, water or electricity lines. Do not
position the Statiflex 200-M where it is
exposed to vibrations or heat radiation from
heat source. Observe the earlier described
ambient conditions.
•
Mount the wall mounting bracket. See fig. 3.02 for
the recommended height and the drilling
dimensions. Note that the mounting height given
only applies if the extraction arm is mounted at
2600 mm and the Statiflex 200-M is horizontally in
line with the outlet opening of the extraction fan.
•
Make sure there is sufficient space at the top; when
replacing the filter the filter cover must be removed.
See fig. 3.01.
•
Cut the left (and/or right) inlet opening of the
Statiflex 200-M open.
•
Position the filter body (fig. 3.03C) with the spark
arrester (fig. 3.03B) and the filter (fig. 3.03A) over
the wall bracket (fig. 3.03D). Fix the filter body
against the wall mounting bracket by tightening
both locking bolts (fig. 3.03E).
•
Subsequently mount on the inlet opening of the
Statiflex 200-M:
- a spiralo-tube (ø 160 or ø 200 mm), over the T-
profile; or
- a CKS (flexible extraction hose [ø 160 mm) with
two hose clamps and a NCF [with a reduction of
ø 160 - ø 120 mm])
- when using 2 arms/fans: a NRV (non-return valve)
between the hose and the reduction piece.
•
Saw one or both outlet opening(s) on the filter
cover of the Statiflex 200-M open.
•
Position the filter cover on the filter body and
tighten the star knob.
•
Finally check that the complete extraction system is
airtight. If it is not allowed to recycle the air,
connect the outlet opening to an air duct system
which leads the air to the outside.
