SELECTING A LOCATION

optimal safety and security, the safe should be
installed in an isolated, dry and secure area.

SECURING THE SAFE
NOTE:

Failure to do so will compromise the safety and
security of the safe.
Select an appropriate sized drawer for your safe. Place
the safe in the drawer and try opening and closing the
safe and drawer. Do not a empt to close the drawer
with the safe open.
Place the safe in the desired drawer and mark the
mounting holes with a pencil. Remove the safe
and drill the pilot holes for the screws. Replace
the safe in the drawer and insert the screws
through the mounting holes and drawer bo om.
Secure the bolt by tightening the Nylock nut on
the screws. (Figure 1)

TURNING THE SOUND OFF/ON
Your safe comes with the beep sound turned on.
To turn the sound o , press the scanner with a
recorded ngerprint for 10 seconds until the green
light ashes twice.
To turn the sound on, press the scanner with a
recorded ngerprint until you hear a two beeps and
the green light ashes twice.
MAINTENANCE
Tools Required:
Phillips screwdriver
5mm Allen wrench
If the door of the safe starts to rub on the door
frame, open the door per the instructions above.
By the door hinges you will nd a threaded stem.
Use an Allen Wrench to tighten the threaded stem.

e biometric scanner may be cleaned with
household glass cleaner and a co on cloth.
IMPORTANT
Keep keys in a secure place, away from children. Keep this
record of your serial number in a secure place separate from
your safe. To order a replacement key set, follow the
instructions on the a ached form.
