In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electrical shock by providing an escape wire for the electrical current. This appliance is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded.

- Página 10 Care and Maintenance COOLING SYSTEM This refrigerator is inclusive of a “Frost Free” type cooling system, which means you never have to defrost the freezer compartment. Defrosting is done automatically by means of a defrost heating element and a defrost timer factory- programmed to operate (cycle) approximately every 8 hours.
