8 Troubleshooting by yourself
To ensure that you do not encounter any problems, it is important to empty the dust container regularly and
take this opportunity to check the filters and clean them if they are dirty. However, if you do encounter any
problems with the appliance, use the following table to determine whether you can solve the problem yourself.
Before troubleshooting, switch off the appliance and disconnect the power plug from the socket.

Possible cause/solution
The rechargeable battery has not been inserted correctly. Reinsert
the rechargeable battery into the appliance ("9 Removing/replacing
the rechargeable battery" on page 30).
The rechargeable battery is completely discharged. The LEDs on
the rechargeable battery are no longer illuminated. Switch off the
appliance and charge the rechargeable battery ("Charging the
rechargeable battery" on page 24).
