General usage:
1. Insert the plug into the socket (usually found at the motor of the device), the display
will now be activated.
2. MANUAL will be the first program in the main menu. By means of the PROGRAMS
key you can switch between the different programs, namely the various pre-
programmed programs, USER-programs and BODY FAT program.
3. The safety key must be on the treadmill, otherwise the treadmill will cause a
malfunction and will not work.
