This appliance is not intended for use by people (adults and children) whose physical, sensory or mental
capacities are reduced, or by persons who lack experience or knowledge, unless they are supervised or
have been given instructions beforehand on the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their
safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not use the appliance like a toy.
Do not use the unit if it has fallen or if it appears to be damaged.

As with all electrical appliances, some precautions are necessary to ensure your safety when you use
the Homelight epilator.
Keep the Homelight epilator away from all sources of water!
The Homelight epilator is an electrical appliance and should never come in contact with water.
Do not store the Homelight epilator in a place where it could drop or fall into a bath or washbasin or
any other container with liquid in it. Do not put it in water or any other liquid. This could result in severe
electrical shock.
Do not use your Homelight epilator when having a bath.
Never use the Homelight appliance if it is damp or wet.
Do not catch hold of the Homelight epilator if it has fallen in water.
Unplug the Homelight appliance immediately if it has fallen in water.

CAUTION!: The plastic bags used to wrap this appliance or the packaging may be
dangerous. Keep these bags out of the reach of babies and children. Do not use them
in cribs, children's beds, pushchairs or playpens. The thin film will stick to the nose and
mouth and prevent breathing. A bag is not a toy.
If using the appliance in a bathroom, make sure you unplug it after use. In fact, having it
close to a water source may be dangerous even if the appliance is turned off. To ensure
additional protection, we recommend installing a residual current device (RCD) with a
nominal trip current of no higher than 30 mA in the electrical circuit with that supplies
power to the bathroom. Ask your electrical fitter for advice.
