Keys 1 and 3 will be used to set the values. With key 2 we will select the bit
to be adjusted. Set the SET key options according to the parameters:
Temperature settings
Start screen lights up, and the equipment automatically heats up to the
initial temperature set. Once the temperature is reached, the sealer can
already work.
Press the SET key, the digit windows will flash. Press 1 or 3 keys to set the
numbers. Press the SET key to confirm. Adjust the SET key once completed,
the system will run the setup program.
7. Installation and operation
Sealing temperature of the high temperature sterilization bags is 180 to 185ºC
and that of the low temperature sterilization bag is 120 to 125ºC.
Connect the equipment to the power outlet and turn it on. You will have to
wait while the device is warming up. Once heated, place the sterilization bag
paper side down, from left to right. Check the quality of the seal, then turn it
over and start again. If the sterilization bag on the right terminal gets stuck,
stop immediately to find a solution.
Once the problem is located, turn off the power and fix it before continuing
to work.
8. Troubleshooting
1. Paper
If there is an error when loading the paper, check the size of the bags,
check that they are correctly placed, check that the distance between bags
is more than 1.5 seconds before and after the bag.
2. Print head
If the printhead overheats, an error occurs. The print head temperature
has exceeded the maximum set operating temperature. When the head
automatically cools, the device will work normally again.
3. The equipment does not boot:
Check if the equipment is connected and if the power supply is normal;
check that the power switch; Check if the fuse is damaged. Once these
checks have been made, restart the device.
