Rocker/Carrier:
FALL HAZARD: Children have suffered head injuries falling from
product. To prevent falls:
• ALWAYS use restraints. Adjust to fit snugly.
• Child's movement can slide product. Use only on floor. Never place
rocker near edges of counter tops, tables, or other elevated
surfaces.
• STOP using rocker when baby starts trying to sit up or has reached
18 lb (8.2 kg), whichever comes first.
• NEVER use this rocker as a means to transport an infant in a motor
vehicle.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Babies have suffocated when seats tipped
over on soft surfaces.
• NEVER use on a bed, sofa, cushion, or other soft surface.
• Stay near and watch child during use.
• NEVER leave child unattended.
• This product is not safe for sleep.

• Begins to wiggle out of position or turn over in the seat or
• Head touches the upper edge of the seat or
• WHEN IN BASSINET/STAND: Weighs more than 15 lb (6.8 kg)
(approximately 3 months of age).
• Use only on floor or attached to bassinet or stand.
• Always use on floor. Never place seat near edges of counter tops,
tables or other elevated surfaces.
• NEVER use this seat as a means to transport an infant in a motor
vehicle.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD:
• On added pillows, blankets and extra padding.
- ONLY use the pad provided by the manufacturer.
- NEVER place extra padding under or beside infant.
• When trapped between seat and adjacent surfaces.
- Only use in bassinet/stand when it is securely attached.
- Only use seat on playard with bassinet attached.
- NEVER use this seat on any other product.
- NEVER use in contained areas (e.g. crib, playard) or next to
vertical surfaces (e.g. walls and dressers).
• When seat was placed on a soft surface and tipped over
- NEVER place seat on beds, cribs, sofas, cushions or other soft
surfaces.
- This product is not safe for sleep.
• NEVER place child in bassinet while seat is attached.
