Adjust tilt mechanism tension with ratchet handle

a) Rotate handle
clockwise as far
as possible.
b) Pull handle to
side laterally
(against spring
tension) and
rotate counter-
clockwise as far
as possible.
c) Repeat steps a)
and b) until panel
holds desired tilt.
