1. Before assembling parts, please check the parts quantity according to
the PARTS LIST.
2. Carefully unpack and spread out all parts in a large uncluttered area.
3. Familiarize yourself with all parts and compare them with the drawing
below to make sure none are missing. Read all assembly instructions
before beginning.

1. Lay the Locking Box (Part E) on its back.
2. Insert the Legs (Part B) through the square holes in the Locking Box. (See Illustration 1
on next page)
3. Insert Bolts (with Washer) into the four holes in the Locking Box and through the holes in
the Legs. Fasten the Nuts (with Washer and Spring Washer) onto the end of each Bolt
(do not tighten completely at this time). (See Illustration 2 on next page)
4. Flip the Cart upside down and slide the Bottom Tray (Part D) on to the Legs and
carefully line up the holes on the Bottom Tray with the holes on the Legs. Use remaining
Hardware to attach the Tray to the Legs. Tighten all hardware.
5. Insert Casters (Part C) into the four holes in the bottom of the Legs. Make sure that both
of the locking casters are on the same side. Use a rubber mallet to make sure the legs
are fully installed. (See Illustration 3 on next page)
