The unit can be operated if data has been programmed into one of the personal data memories.
1.Turn on the Power
Press the SET button to turn on the unit; the unit will confirm the activation
and the last user' s personal data will appear alternately.
2. Press the selector switch on the bottom, to select a weight scale to use:
Metric (Kg), Pounds (Lb.), or Stones (ST).
3. Select a personal data memory
First press the SET button; the personal date code will be flashed. Press the ▲▼ buttons to select a
personal data memory. Once you reach the personal data memory you wish to use, press the set button to
confirm. (Range of user personal data is between P01- P10.)
4. Select Female or Male
Use the ▲▼ buttons to scroll through female and male settings, then press the SET button to confirm.
5. Set the age
Use the ▲▼ buttons to specify the age, when you reach your age, press the set button to confirm.(Range
of user 's age is between 10-99 years.)
6. Specify the Height
Use the ▲▼ buttons to specify the height and then press the Set button to confirm (range of user's
height is between 100cm -240cm).
Note: if you make a mistake before you have finished programming it, repeat the steps from step number3.
TAKING WEIGHT AND BODY FAT READINGS
After programming your personal data, you are ready to take a reading.
