Problem
There is no
sound.
The speaker is
not pairing with
the Bluetooth
device.
The Micro SD
card or USB stick
is not working.
Storage
• Always unplug the unit before storing it.
• Store the unit in a fresh, dry and dust-free place, out of the
reach of children and pets.
• Please retain the packaging and use it to store your unit when
it is not in use for an extended period of time.
Possible Cause
• The battery level is too
low.
• The volume is too low.
• T h e s p e a ke r a n d
external device (BT
mode) or secondary
speaker (TWS mode)
are too far apart or
there is an obstruction
between both devices.
• The unit was not
correctly connected.
• The devices may not be
compatible.
• Other Bluetooth devices
may be interfering with
the pairing process.
• The Micro SD card/USB
stick may be damaged/
corrupt.
• Incorrect file formats.

Solution
• Charge the battery as indicated in the
Charging the speaker section.
• Turn up the volume (on your speaker
or external device).
• In BT/TWS mode, make sure that
the speakers are placed within 10
metres of each other and there are no
obstructions. Check that the Bluetooth
function has been enabled on the
external device and pair the speaker(s)
again, if necessary.
• In AUX IN mode, check that the cable
is securely connected and the external
device is working properly.
• In SD mode, make sure the card is
correctly inserted and that the saved
files are compatible with this speaker.
• Check if the audio device is A2DP-
compatible. If it is, activate the A2DP
stereo mode.
• Turn off any nearby Bluetooth devices.
• Try saving the files onto a newer/
better-quality Micro SD card/USB stick.
• Only MP3, WAV, WMA, FLAC and APE
files can be played.
• Change the Micro SD card to FAT32 file
formats.
