OPERATION
Switch the device on via the power switch. Connect the remote control with the Remote Control-socket.
1. If the remote-control is not connected, the machine starts running as soon as you plug in the power plug.
The position of the remote-control selector does not matter.
2. If the remote-control is connected and the power switch is set to ON, two operation modes can be set viad
the remote-control selector: ON means that the machine starts running without remote-control. OFF means
that the machine is in standby mode (the LED on the remote-control is lit) and output can be started by
pressing the button on the remote-control.
3. If the machine is to be controlled via DMX, the address has to be set via the DIP-switches. The
controllable function is on/off, volume control is not available. The position of the remote-control selector
does not matter.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
We recommend a frequent cleaning of the device. Please use a soft lint-free and moistened cloth. Never use
alcohol or solvents!
There are no servicable parts inside the device except for the fuse. Maintenance and service operations are
only to be carried out by authorized dealers.
Replacing the fuse
If the fine-wire fuse of the device fuses, only replace the fuse by a fuse of same type and rating.
Before replacing the fuse, unplug mains lead.
Procedure:
Step 1: Open the fuseholder on the rearpanel with a fitting screwdriver.
Step 2: Remove the old fuse from the fuseholder.
Step 3: Install the new fuse in the fuseholder.
Step 4: Replace the fuseholder in the housing.
Should you need any spare parts, please use genuine parts.
If the power supply cable of this device becomes damaged, it has to be replaced by a special power supply
cable available at your dealer.
