Troubleshooting
Note: Before calling for service or our customer service department, check the
following possible solutions.
Problem
The motor does
not work
The water does
not come out or
the water flow is
poor
Reason
1. The machine socket has not
been properly connected to the
battery socket.
2. The corresponding engine
switch has not been turned on.
3. The machine voltage is not
normal or unstable.
4. The lights are flashing
incorrectly.
5. The load on the brush engine or
suction engine is high.
1. The filter or hose fitting is
clogged
2. The cleaned floor is too dry. The
water supply is usually insufficient
when cleaning a new building for
the first time.
3. Solenoid valve or sprinkler
engine is clogged.
4. Turn off the ball valve switch or
the outlet capacity is too low.
Solution
1. Properly connect the machine
socket with the battery socket.
2. Turn on the appropriate
switch.
3. Make sure that the machine
voltage is as required.
4. Turn off the power, then turn
it on again.
5. Press the overload protectors
onto the support frame of the
solution tank.
1. Remove the filter and the hose
connection, then clean them.
2. When the substrate is too dry,
it is recommended to spray it
with water before cleaning.
3. Clean the solenoid valve and
sprinkler engine.
4. Turn the ball valve lever to
adjust the water flow.
