To use the chopper
* Continuous operation time for each cycle should not exceed 15 seconds, and after two consecutive cycles,
the appliance needs to be cooled for at least 3 minutes.
1.
Place the chopper bowl on a clean and level surface. Fit the chopper blade over the pin in the bowl.
2.
Remove any bones and cut food into 1-2 cm cubes. Add the food into the bowl. The max quantity of food
should not exceed 200g in each chopping.
3.
Attach the chopper cover onto the bowl, align and turn to lock it.
4.
Fit the power handle into the center of the chopper cover. Align and turn to lock the power handle.
5.
Put the plug into an appropriate power outlet.
6.
Hold the bowl steady. Press the low or high speed button to operate.
7.
To stop the appliance, release the speed button.
8.
After use, take out the plug from the power outlet.
Notes:
•
You can chop meat, cheese, vegetables, bread, biscuits and nuts. Don't chop hard foods such as coffee
beans, ice cubes, spices or chocolate, otherwise you will damage the blade.
•
After chopping, for safety, you should disassemble the power handle from the chopper firstly, then remove
the chopper cover. Never remove the chopper cover with the power handle in place.
To use the beater

the appliance needs to be cooled for at least 3 minutes.

Insert the wire whisk into the whisk collar. Insert the power handle into the other side of the whisk collar,
turn and lock it.
2.
Place your food in a container.
3.
Put the plug into an appropriate power outlet.
4.
Place the whisk in the food container. To avoid splashing, start on the low speed. Move the whisk clockwise.
5.
To stop the appliance, release the speed button.
6.
After use, take out the plug from the power outlet.
Notes:
•
You can whip light ingredients such as egg whites, cream, instant desserts, eggs and sugar for whisked
sponges.
•
Do not whisk heavier mixtures such as margarine and sugar, you'll damage the whisk.
•
Do not whisk more than 4 egg whites or 400ml (0.75pt) cream.
•
Do not let liquid get above the whisk wire.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Before disassembling or cleaning, unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
2. Disassemble the power handle.
3. Clean the blender shaft / chopper bowl / whisk in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry these parts thoroughly
