RECIPE
Ingredients for approx. 70 cookies:
300 g wheat flour
185 g sugar
175 g soft butter
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
pulp of ½ vanilla bean
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
Beat butter, sugar, pulp of the vanilla bean, salt and egg to a creamy
consistency. Add flour and baking powder and fold in completely. Form
a roll, fill into the dough container by portions and prepare the cookies.
Bake for approx. 12 minutes in pre-heated oven (circulating air 170 °C/
338 °F – top/bottom heat 190 °C / 374 °F).
Cleaning
· Clean the cookie press immediately after use in order to prevent from
drying up of dough residues.
· Unscrew the dough container from the upper part.
· Clean the upper part of the cookie press under warm running water
only with a little dishwashing detergent.
· The dough container, locking ring and stencils can be cleaned in the
dishwasher. However we recommend a cleaning by hand with warm
water and detergent. Thoroughly dry off all parts.
· Do not use any sharp or pointed objects, scouring pads or abrasive
cleansers to avoid damages.

Warranty
We cover this product with a warranty of 5 years from the date of purchase.
Excluded from the warranty are damages due to normal wear and tear,
inappropriate use, misuse, improper operation, willful destruction, lack
of maintenance and cleaning, transport or accidents, as well as interference
from unauthorized persons. In case of a warranty claim please contact
your dealer. Warranty claims cannot be processed unless your
receipt/invoice is included with the device.
