WARNING! Important instructions for con-
necting a new 3-pin plug to the 2-wire cable.
The wires in the cable are coloured
according to the following code:
strain relief
live = brown
neutral = blue
Do not connect the blue or brown wire to
the earth terminal of the plug.
Important: If for any reason the moulded
plug is removed from the cable of this
machine, it must be disposed of safely.
Disposal.
Power tools, accessories and packaging
should be sorted for environmental-
friendly recycling.
Only for EC countries:
Do not dispose of power
tools into household waste!
According to the European
Directive 2002/96/EC on
waste electrical and elec-
tronic equipment and its incorporation
into national law, power tools that are no
longer suitable for use must be separately
collected and sent for recovery in an envi-
ronmental-friendly manner.

Each product is thoroughly checked
before leaving the factory. If despite of
this, the product should show any defects,
please send it directly to the Central Cus-
tomer Service or to the next BTI after-
sales service agent.
The 36 month warranty period begins
with the date of purchase, and proof of
which must be provided for with the orig-
inal sales receipt. In this period, we guar-
antee the following:
- Free-of-cost removal of possible
defects
- Free-of-cost replacement of any defec-
tive parts
- Free-of-cost expert repair service
Precondition is that the defect is not
attributed to improper handling and that
only original accessory parts were used,
that have expressly been designated by
BTI as suitable for operation with BTI
machines.
