3. Test preparation
Steps:
1. Demount the screws on the top of gas distributor and gas inlet, and connect to silicone tube
2. Demount the wire from the bottom shell, find the mounting hole and pass the silicone tube
through the mounting hole.
3. Use some soft filler to block the mounting hole and cover the machine with the shell.
4. Mount micro-manometer to test the gas pressure.
