BEFORE THE FIRST USE
· Remove all packaging materials and labels.
· Open the cover of the unit slowly by releasing the locking clip to prevent the cover from
springing back.
· Clean the baking surface with a damp cloth before use.
· Plug the unit into the power outlet. The unit is now ready for use.
· NOTES:
· When using the unit for the first time, a fine haze of smoke may be emitted. This is normal
due to the initial heating of the internal components.
· Before using the unit, always completely unwind the power cord to protect it from heat
build-up.
· Place the unit on an even, heat-resistant, splash-proof surface.
USE
1.
Before using the unit, clean the baking surfaces with a damp cloth.
2.
Close the cover and lock it with the locking clip until you hear it snapping into place.
3.
Plug the unit into the power outlet. The red power light will go on, indicating that the unit
is heating up. Allow the unit to preheat until the green temperature light goes on, which
means the operating temperature has been reached. The unit is ready for baking.

Open the cover, fill each of the baking moulds with mixed batter
5.
Close the cover, the green temperature light will alternatingly switch off and on, to keep
a constant baking temperature.
6.
Check regularly the degree of baking until all cupcakes become golden brown.
7.
Loosen the baked cupcake at the sides, and remove them using a wooden spatula. Do
not use metal utensils as this may damage the non-stick coating in the baking plates.
Allow the cupcakes to cool down completely before icing and decorating.
