Caution: Avoid touching the baking plates as they become very hot while cooking. Only touch
the unit by its handle or use oven gloves if necessary.
Useful tips:
· Crispy baked cupcakes soon go soft if you pile them on top of each other. It is better to
place them in a dry place in a single layer.
· All ingredients should be mixed thoroughly to produce even baking.
· Do not overfill and make sure that the batter is not too runny as this may produce large
amounts of steam and possibly also cause batter to escape between the baking surfaces.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
· To improve the performance and life span of this product, you are recommended to do the
following:
· Unplug the unit and let it cool down before cleaning.
· Remove crumbs and stains from the baking surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.
· Use a damp cloth or sponge with neutralized detergent to gently wipe the dirt on the
casing and baking surfaces.
· Do not immerse the unit, power cord or plug into water. Let the unit dry well before
storage.
RECIPE MARBLED CAKES (8)
2 eggs – 125g sugar – 125g – self-raising flour – 125g melted butter – 12g cacao
Preparation:
1.
Mix the sugar and the eggs.
2.
Add the flour and gradualy the melted butter.
3.
Preheat the cupcake maker.
4.
Devide the dough in half.
5.
Add cacao in one half of the dough.
6.
Fill the cups of the cupcake maker: start with a layer of dough with no cacao, than add a
layer of doug with cacao, and so on unit the cups are ful.
7.
Use a spoon to gently get waves in the dough.
8.
Bake the cakes for +/- 8 min., check regularly.
