Positioning of the drain pump
Assembling Instructions
Remove the drain hose from the wash pump assembly.
Turn the shell of the drain pump as shown in the fig. A and fix it to the drain hose
supplied in the kit (B) and to the suction sleeve (C).
Fix the complete group of parts to the wash pump assembly by using the clamps
supplied in the kit.
Connect the drain pump to the couple of wires nr. 8 and nr. 13 from the bundle of
wires in the machine.

Drain pump activation in the programming mode (software vers.
2.09j and later)
Enter in the programming mode from the control panel: with open door, press and
hold the ARROW and BACK keys for a few seconds (1), until the display will show the

To exit from the programming mode, press the BACK key several times, until the

Operation
The drain pump works automatically during all the rinsing phase and for the following
20 seconds, in order to drain all the excess water over the level of the overflow tube.
For the manual draining, with machine switched on, release the overflow tube and
proceed as follows:

button will be blue for all the draining phase. At the end of the draining phase the
machine will switch off automatically and the display will show the message OFF.
By pressing the START key, it is possible to interrupt the draining phase.
HSP models
draining phase will begin, and the Cycle LED will be on; when the Cycle lamp turns
off, the draining cycle will end. To interrupt the drain cycle, press the START button
or the ON / OFF button.
