REPAIRS/MAINTENANCE
In the event of a fault, malfunction or damaged power cable, always seek support from qualified
personnel and never attempt to repair the machine yourself. Never operate defective or damaged
machines. Only authorised service centres may carry out interventions and repairs. The manufacturer
rejects all liability for damage to property and/or persons resulting from improvised adaptations,
modifications or repairs, or any work carried out by unqualified personnel.
CLEANING
Good maintenance of the coffee machine ensures better performance over time and a longer
service life. Switch off the switches and disconnect the plug from the power socket before any
cleaning activities. Never immerse the machine in water. Only clean it using a damp cloth and
non-abrasive detergents, and dry it immediately. The components (grid, drip tray, capsule container
and tank) can be washed by hand with non-abrasive detergents, or can be placed in a dishwasher
at medium temperature.
DESCALING
Limescale build-up is a natural consequence of using the machine. The frequency of descaling
depends on the hardness of the water used:
- descale every 6 months in case of soft water (up to 25 f)
- descale every 4 months in case of hard water (over 25 f)

For descaling, use commercially available, non-toxic and non-harmful descaling products intended
for coffee machines.
Do not use vinegar, lye, salt or formic acid, as they will damage the machine.
