An expired capsule has been used Check the expiry date of the capsules
Nozzle dirty
Fully lift the control lever (1) so that the
capsule holder comes out of its housing.
Retrieve the unused capsule from the capsule
container (6) and reinsert it in the infuser. If
the problem persists, contact the service centre
Open the control lever (1) again and close
it completely. If the problem persists, contact
the service centre
Check that the capsule drawer (6) is not too
full with used capsules. If so, it must be emptied
Contact the service centre
Close the control lever (1) and slowly open
it again
Press a delivery symbol (2) and while the
water is being delivered slowly open the
control lever (1)
A few drops at the end of the delivery are
normal
Disconnect the plug from the socket and
contact the service centre
Rinse the machine again
Clean the nozzle (see page 30)
