FOOD SAFETY

Wash your hands in hot, soapy water before handling meat, poultry and fresh fish. poultry and fresh

Never place cooked food on a plate that has been in contact with raw food.

MAINTENANCE

When servicing and cleaning, ensure that the machine is unplugged and all moving parts have
stopped.
•
About one to two times a year, clean the rotisserie with mild detergent and water. Rinse with clean
water and dry. Be sure not to put water on the motor and its power cable. Do not use abrasive
products.
•
Check the device and replace worn or damaged parts.
STORING THE APPLIANCE
•
Only store the appliance after cleaning it.
•
Store the device in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children.
•
Do not store it near corrosive substances such as fertilizers, thinners or fuels.
•
Do not cover the unit with a waterproof tarpaulin. Through condensation, the retained moisture will
damage the metallic and electronic components of the unit.
•
Protect the device from frost and moisture.
RECYCLING AN ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE
•
Your electrical device may contain components that are dangerous for the
environment and should not be disposed of in nature or mixed with your household
waste.
•
To avoid any risk of pollution of the planet, here is the procedure to follow to discard
of the device:
- Cover the pins of the plug with tape.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or access the components of the device.
- Do not burn the device.
- Dispose the device and components in an authorised recycling centre
