Additional Warranty Against Defects Information
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any
other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or
replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major
failure.
The instruction manual accompanying your Intex product includes detailed warranty against defects
information including what part, parts, or components are covered and the length of the warranty. Please
refer the instruction manual.
To submit claims under the warranty, or to obtain missing parts, please write, call, fax or Email Ideal
Sources Pty LTD. Proof of Purchase must be furnished with every claim.

Missing or defective parts will be replaced by Ideal Sources free of charge to your nominated address.
Claims under the warranty may require that the defective part or product be returned postage prepaid

Warranty does not cover misuse, lack of adequate care or maintenance, or customer abuse of the product.
