Troubleshooting
NOTE: Refer to the service parts section in this manual
for a detailed drawing showing the location of the parts
listed below.
Problem
Leaks underneath handle.
There is a low flow of
water.
Water will not shut off
completely.
The water pressure is
irregular or low.
Possible Cause
□
Adjusting Ring has come loose.
O-ring on cartridge is dirty or
damaged.
□
The screen filter in the spray
head is dirty.
□
Cartridge is dirty or misfitted.
□
The screen filter located at the
end of the supply hose may be
clogged with debris.
Solution
□
Tighten the Adjusting Ring. Clean or
replace o-ring.
□
Turn off the water supply at angle stop
and unscrew the spray head from spray
hose.
□
Clean the screen filter in the spray head
under running water.
□
Adjust or replace cartridge.
□
Turn off the water supply valves
□
Use wrenches to disconnect the supply
lines from supply valves
□
Clean screen filter by placing hose end
in a cup of water for a few seconds to
remove any possible debris. Stubborn
debris can be removed from screen with
a small cleaning or toothbrush
Note: Do not attempt to disassemble
or remove the screen filter from supply
hose
□
Connect the red supply line to the hot
water supply valve
□
Connect the blue supply line to the cold
water supply valve
□
Use wrenches to reconnect and tighten
the supply lines to the supply valves
□
Turn on the water supply valves
□
Turn on the faucet to verify if water flow
has improved. Repeat steps above if
necessary.
