Troubleshooting
Problem
Sensor does not detect or
respond.
The RED indicator light
starts flashing or is
constantly on.
Possible Cause
□
Solenoid connector has failed or
solenoid has malfunctioned.
□
Low battery
Solution
□
Turn off the faucet.
□
Unplug the battery box.
□
Check the power cable ensure it is
connected properly.
□
Reconnect the battery box, making sure
it is pushed all the way into the control
box. The RED indicator light should be
on, to indicate the faucet is in the start-
up mode. If the light doesn't turn on, call
customer service (1-855-HD-GLACIER).
□
Turn on the faucet and wave hand in
front of the sensor to test if it is working
properly.
□
Turn off the faucet.
□
Unplug the battery box.
□
Ensure all the batteries are installed in
the correct orientation or replace them.
(If new batteries are not available, the
infrared sensor can be easily disabled by
turning the switch on the control box (
from knob.)
□
Reconnect the battery box, making sure
it is pushed all the way into the control
box. The RED indicator light should be
on, to indicate the faucet is in the start-
up mode. If the light doesn't turn on, call
customer service (1-855-HD-GLACIER).
